After an introduction assessment and initial screening questions, we will choose several candidates that we think fit your needs best. However, if they don't work out we can either try again or give you a refund. Your call!
What does the process look like?
Whether you're looking for care or applying to be a caregiver, after submitting an application, you will receive an email notification confirming your payment/resume and will be contacted within 24 hours by our team.
What's covered in the introduction assessment?
Our introduction assessment covers subjects such as services that you're looking for, languages desired, special needs or requests, budget, years of experience desired, etc.
What happens if we are unhappy with our match?
If you don't like any of your candidates, we can either issue you a full refund or we can try our luck at sending you another batch of candidates. You let us know.
Do I have to provide transportation for my Caregiver?
It depends. Some caregivers do not have a consistent means of transportation and sometimes require help. It varies from case to case and is something we unfortunately don't cover at the moment.
How do I know if or when my loved one needs a Caregiver?
This is a very personal question that you will have to answer personally. It varies from family to family but if they have trouble with daily activities of living, it might be time they seek the help of a caregiver.
What type of services do the Caregivers provide?
Our caregivers provide non-medical care that cover daily activities of living such as: running errands, meal preparation, emotional support, reminders, etc.
