How long will it be before I am contacted by the company?

After submitting an application, you will receive an email notification confirming we received your application and will be contacted within 24 hours by someone from our team.

What am I to expect about the process? What does it look like?

Our screening process involves an introduction phone call and virtual interview. We just need to grab more information such as your work schedule.

What if I have a disagreement or dispute with a family member or patient?

We understand that things don't work out all the time. We encourage all our caregivers to treat others with respect and to expect the same respect back. We will stop the work arrangement and try to help you with another match.

How does payment work? How do I get paid?

Payment between you and the family is decided solely between the two parties. Our caregivers and families have dealt in cash, venmo, check, etc.

What type of experience do I need as a CareGiver?

While experience is always preferred, we welcome anyone who wants to be a caregiver. As long as you have the desire, we can help provide the training.

Does MyAsianCareGiver.com provide training?

We provide a complimentary online course that involves curriculum, video training sessions, and training materials to make sure you're well equipped when you're out in the field as a caregiver.
